Ukraine is bracing for a major Russian offensive in the eastern Donbas region. Ukraine's defense ministry said on Monday that Russia had nearly finished amassing forces for its next attack on the eastern Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Russia says it will not stop its military operations before the next round of talks. Dai Kaiyi reports.
