The first group of nearly 2,000 COVID-19 patients were discharged from Lingang temporary hospital in Shanghai on Monday. According to the municipal health commission, they may return home freely and continue health monitoring at home. Lingang temporary hospital is one of the main temporary hospitals in Shanghai, with 13,600 beds for treating mild and asymptomatic COVID-19 patients.
