Biden announces authorization for summer sale of E15 gas

U.S. President Joe Biden on Tuesday announced plans to allow E15 gasoline, which uses a 15 percent ethanol blend and is normally banned from sale from June to September, to be sold this summer to counter rising energy prices amid the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
