Ukraine topped the agenda in diplomatic engagements between the U.S. and India, with Washington dissuading New Delhi from buying more Russian oil. India's External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar told the press on Monday that the focus should be on Europe, not India. "Probably our total purchases for the month would be less than what Europe does in an afternoon."
