Head of Ukrainian negotiators David Arakhamia said on Telegram on Tuesday that negotiations on security guarantees agreement between Ukraine and Russia continued online.
"Despite statements by the Russian Foreign Minister, the Ukrainian side adheres to the Istanbul Communique and hasn't changed its position," Arakhamia added.
