Ukraine's Zelenskyy accuses Russia of using phosphorus bombs
CGTN

In an address to Estonia's parliament on Wednesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claimed that Russia was using phosphorus bombs in Ukraine, but without providing any evidence.

This is not the first time that Zelenskyy has made such accusations. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said in March, in response to such comments, that Russia "has never violated international conventions."
