China has confirmed that a Chinese citizen was injured in a Tuesday shooting in a subway station in New York's Brooklyn. 23 people were injured in the shooting. Frank Robert James, a 62-year-old man suspected of carrying out the crime, has been taken into custody in lower Manhattan. China says the injured Chinese citizen is in stable conditions at the hospital.
