Russia's Foreign Minister has listed the measures Russia would take to counter the West's alleged cyberattacks. He said Russia would strengthen its digital sovereignty and push for more efforts to safeguard its cybersecurity. He said codes of conduct should be set up within the framework of the United Nations, adding that Moscow would continue to implement what he called "digital diplomacy."
