Authorities in east China's Shanghai hold presser on COVID-19 containment measures. The municipal health commission said Thursday that the city has recorded nine severe cases of COVID-19 since the virus resurgence in March. All of them had high-risk factors and none of them were vaccinated against COVID-19. Eight of the severe cases are aged between 70 and 93.
