The Russian Defense Ministry on Thursday published a list of U.S. and EU officials involved in the implementation of military biological programs in Ukraine, including Phillip Dolliff from the U.S. Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation.
The ministry added that the United States has allocated more than $350 million to the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine, which "performs the functions of the distribution center of grants for research of interest to the Pentagon in the field of biological weapons."
There has been no response from the U.S. or the EU yet.
