As Shanghai strengthens its COVID-19 control measures against its latest outbreak, many volunteers, medical workers and community staff have been working on the front line of the fight against the epidemic. At a compound in Baoshan district with around 1,890 residents under lockdown, there are 11 workers and about 80 volunteers to offer a helping hand.
