The French Foreign Ministry on Friday announced the country is pledging 2.2 million euros to support the activities of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).

"500,000 euros of the French contribution will be earmarked for providing assistance and protection measures to the benefit of Ukraine amid the Russian military aggression," the statement added.
