The Russia-Ukraine conflict has entered its 51st day. Ukraine claims Russia is attempting to mobilize 70,000 people in the Donetsk region. The head of the UN World Food Program said people are "being starved to death" in Mariupol. The city's mayor said over 100,000 people need to be evacuated.
