12 versus 100,000 – America's way of resettling refugees

Since the Russia-Ukraine conflict began in March, only 12 Ukrainian refugees have resettled in the U.S. through the country's refugee program, in stark contrast to a U.S. pledge to accept up to 100,000 Ukrainian refugees. So, 12 out of 100,000 is nothing but a drop in the bucket.
