Fourteen people were injured in a mall shooting in the U.S. state of South Carolina. Columbia city police said nine were shot, five others injured while fleeing the mall. They added the victims' ages range from 15 to 73. Three people were initially detained as persons of interest. One is still in custody and may face a charge of unlawfully carrying a pistol.
