The EU is allocating a further 50 million euros in humanitarian funding to support the people affected by the Ukraine crisis, according to a statement on Sunday.

The aid would include 45 million euros for humanitarian projects in Ukraine and 5 million euros for Moldova. This funding is part of the billion-euro support package pledged by the European Commission last week.
