Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said the situation in Mariupol may be a "red line" in talks with Russia during an interview with CBS News on Sunday.
Kuleba said he did not have any contact with Russian diplomats at the foreign ministry level in recent weeks, and no high-level talks were ongoing.
