The latest World Economic Outlook and Global Financial Stability Report are being released by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as global financial leaders gather for the IMF and World Bank spring meetings in Washington, D.C. The IMF is expected to downgrade its global economic outlook for the second time this year due in large part to the conflict in Ukraine and persistent disruptions from COVID-19.
