Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Monday that the sanctions policy of economic blitzkrieg against Russia had failed, noting the decline in the living standards of Europeans as one of the consequences of sanctions against Russia, as he further instructed to speed up the transition of Russia's foreign trade to rubles.
Putin said that inflation, commodity stocks, and other situations in the Russian economy are stabilizing and the ruble exchange rate is returning to the levels of the beginning of the year.
