Chlorine leak at Dow chemical plant in Louisiana

Louisiana State Police revealed on Monday evening that chlorine was leaking from a local Dow Chemical plant, and that Highway 1 has been closed in both directions near the facility.
Local officials have issued a "shelter in place" order for nearby residents.
