Harris says U.S. will stop testing anti-satellite missile weapons

U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris on Monday announced that the United States will commit not to conduct destructive, direct-ascent anti-satellite (ASAT) missile testing, and that it seeks to establish this as a new international norm in space.
