Russia claims one wounded in Ukrainian border strike

The governor of Russia's Belgorod region claimed on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces had wounded one resident when shelling the village of Golovchino near the border with Ukraine.
The Ukrainian side has yet to respond to this claim, though authorities in Kyiv stated earlier that Russia has launched a major offensive into eastern Ukraine.
