Russian Central Bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina said on Tuesday that federation authorities will prepare lawsuits to lift the freeze on its international reserves.
Nabiullina also said that Russia expects more foreign partners to join its homegrown financial transfer mechanism, the System for Transfer of Financial Messages (SPFS), which she stated now includes 52 institutions from 12 countries.
