A thousand civilians are at the Azovstal steel plant in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol besides the Ukrainian forces, according to Kyiv, and Ukraine has proposed talks with Russia to negotiate their evacuation. Zhou Jiaxin has more from the Ukrainian capital.
