U.S. President Joe Biden announced another $800-million arms package for Ukraine on Thursday. 

Biden said the package will include "heavy artillery weapons, dozens of howitzers, and 144,000 rounds of ammunition to go with this howitzers," as well as tactical drones. 

The Biden administration provided a similar-sized military aid to Ukraine last week.
