108 mystery hepatitis cases detected in UK

The number of young children in the UK affected by a mysterious acute hepatitis outbreak has risen to 108, after 34 more cases were identified, the UK Health Security Agency said on Thursday.
Eight children have received a liver transplant after being diagnosed with the disease, the agency added.
