The foreign ministers of Russia and several nations in central Asia expressed their readiness to increase economic cooperation during a meeting on Friday, TASS News Agency reported, citing the Kazakh Foreign Ministry.

According to the report, views were exchanged on "international issues," and discussions also covered efforts to ensure food security.
