Expert: Vaccines should be 'public good,' never private property

The whole world essentially is in the same boat fighting against COVID-19 collectively, and vaccines should never be private property but a public good, says Alessandro Golombiewski Teixeira, a former chief economic adviser to Brazil's president and a professor of Tsinghua University. He made the comment on the last day of the Boao Forum for Asia at a session on "The World in COVID-19 and Beyond: Working Together for Global Development and Shared Future."
