Russia plans to deploy its new intercontinental ballistic missile in the Krasnoyarsk region of Siberia, according to a report by the TASS news agency. Ukraine says Russia has resumed air strikes against the Azov-stal steelworks in Mariupol. Meanwhile, the governor of Luhansk says all Ukrainian-controlled cities in the region are under constant shelling by Russian forces and the barrage is intensifying. He says Ukrainian forces are leaving some settlements there in order to regroup, but this does not amount to a critical setback.
