Moldova convenes security talks on blasts in Transnistria region

The president of Moldova on Tuesday convened a meeting of the country's security council after a series of blasts in the Transnistria region.
The region raised its "terrorist threat level" to red on Tuesday and introduced checkpoints after several blasts in the region, its official news agency said.
