The Chinese mainland has reported more than 1,900 new COVID-19 cases. The majority were in Shanghai, which recorded over 1,600 cases, plus more than 15,000 asymptomatic infections and 52 new deaths. CGTN reporter Wu Bin has more details in Shanghai.
