The chairman of the Ukrainian parliament says the country will not amend its Constitution pertaining to its bid for a full NATO membership. Ruslan Stefanchuk, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian parliament), made the remarks in an interview with the Ukrainian Pravda edition.
