Russian President Vladimir Putin said he still has hope for negotiations to end the conflict in Ukraine during his talk with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in Moscow on Tuesday. Guterres said he understood Russia's grievances, but the conflict must be solved under the UN charter.
