A suicide attack in the Pakistani port city of Karachi has killed four people, three Chinese nationals and one Pakistani citizen. The attacker detonated the explosives near the Confucius Institute at the University of Karachi on Tuesday, hitting a vehicle. UN Chief Antonio Guterres has condemned the attack and sent his condolences. Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has assured China that his government will not rest until the terrorists involved are brought to justice.
