NATO head says Finland, Sweden welcome to join

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on Thursday said that every nation in Europe has the right to choose whether it wants to be part of the military alliance, and Finland and Sweden are welcome to join the organization. On the other hand, Moscow has insisted it is strongly against the expansion of NATO.
