A Russian court fined Google three million rubles (over $40,000) for publishing a clip of rapper Morgenstern with "drug propaganda" on YouTube, TASS News Agency reported on Thursday.

Later, TASS reported that social media network Twitter was also fined the same amount for not removing banned content in Russia, including posts with instructions on how to make Molotov cocktails.
