UN chief Antonio Guterres announces arrival in Ukraine

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Twitter that he arrived in Kyiv on Wednesday. He is scheduled to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Thursday. This follows Tuesday's talks in Moscow with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
