Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova on Thursday said Russia is "carefully" studying the proposals put forward by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres on the situation in Ukraine, according to TASS News Agency.

"Mr. Guterres came up with the idea of establishing cooperation in the UN format - the International Committee of the Red Cross with the Armed Forces of Russia and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, aiming at the development and implementation of a plan for the evacuation of civilians from Mariupol and the delivery of humanitarian aid there," Zakharova added.
