As the negative effects of the Russia-Ukraine conflict continue to spill over, Brazilian scholar Diego Pautasso says that to resolve the conflict as soon as possible, the world should recognize that the root cause of the conflict lies in the United States and NATO's attempts to isolate and contain Russia.
