Dutch embassy returns to Kyiv

The Dutch ambassador to Ukraine, Jennes de Mol, and a small number of embassy staff will return to Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, on Friday.
The Dutch foreign ministry said that "the consular section of the Dutch embassy in Ukraine remains closed."
