The U.S. House of Representatives passed legislation by an overwhelming 417-10 vote to streamline the World War II-era military Lend-Lease program to help Ukraine in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
It will seek another $30 billion from Congress in military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
