U.S. has $250m of $3.5b Ukraine military aid allocation still to spend

The United States has only $250 million remaining from the $3.5 billion authorized by Congress in March to provide military assistance to Ukraine, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said at a press briefing on Thursday.
