On April 28, a 13-year-old boy accidentally fell 20 meters down a cliff when he was playing by a river after school in Tongren City, southwest China's Guizhou Province. Local firefighters and armed police used a rubber boat to rescue him. After nearly 40 minutes, they successfully transported him to the shore and sent him to the hospital. He is now in stable condition.
