Ukraine's second city Kharkiv was hit by multiple Russian shellings on Saturday, though President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukrainian forces are achieving "tactical successes" in the region.
Meanwhile, the governor of Russia's Bryansk region said air defenses prevented an incursion by a Ukrainian aircraft and two Ukrainian shells hit a settlement 50 kilometers from the border.
