Ukraine and Russia are trading accusations over a stalemate in peace talks, with the conflict entering into its third month. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Friday the lifting of Western sanctions on Russia was crucial to the chances of peace. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia of murdering civilians and said negotiations are very likely to end. Meanwhile, Russia said it hit more than 300 Ukrainian targets overnight and Kyiv said the entire eastern region of Donbas was now under attack.
