The dialogue between Russia and the United States on strategic stability is formally "frozen," Vladimir Yermakov, director of the Non-Proliferation and Arms Control Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, told TASS on Saturday.
It will be possible to resume the dialogue after Russia completes "special military operations" in Ukraine, the diplomat noted.
