The U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday passed a bill urging U.S. President Biden to sell sanctioned Russian assets and use the funds to provide additional military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine. The Kremlin called the bill, passed by an overwhelming 417 to 8 votes, "a blatant distortion of any legal norms" and an "attempt to pseudo-legitimize the expropriation of property." It urges the Biden administration to take a more aggressive posture on the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
