Dozens of people remained trapped after a building in Changsha, central China's Hunan Province, collapsed on Friday. Rescue efforts continued to try and pull out survivors. Five people have so far been rescued with 23 still trapped. Chinese President Xi Jinping on Saturday ordered relevant departments to make all-out efforts to search and rescue victims.
