Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on additional measures to ensure the information security of Russia, RIA news agency reported Sunday.
Putin also signed a decree prohibiting institutions and state-owned companies from using information security tools produced in "unfriendly" countries from 2025, RIA said.
The Russian president on the same day signed a law that prohibits Russian banks from providing foreign authorities with information about customers and their transactions.
