South Korean embassy officials return to Kyiv

South Korea's top envoy to Ukraine Kim Hyung-tae and other embassy staff have returned to Kyiv and will restart operations Monday, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Seoul had relocated its embassy officials to Chernivtsi in March, following the Russian advance into Ukraine.
